5G毫米波射频算法技术研究

摘    要:5G毫米波射频系统的高频段大带宽特性,以及采用的混合赋形架构实现硬件链路,对系统射频算法方案的实现开发形成挑战,比如针对大带宽新空口基带信号的消峰算法,混合赋形架构下模拟链路的非线性校正,以及通道一致性校准等,从而对5G毫米波系统的功能实现、性能优化和节能增效产生重要影响。从5G毫米波相对低频设备的系统架构变化出发,总结分析了毫米波系统射频算法技术的性能影响因素和技术瓶颈,提出了毫米波射频算法技术发展方向建议。

Abstract:The characteristics of high frequency band and wide bandwidth of 5G millimeter wave RF system and the hardware link realized by hybrid shaping architecture challenge the realization and development of the RF algorithm scheme of the system,such as peak elimination algorithm for new air port baseband signal with large bandwidth,nonlinear correction of analog link under hybrid shaping architecture,and channel consistency calibration,which have a significant impact on the function realization,performance optimization and energy saving of 5G millimeter wave system.Starting from the system architecture changes of 5G millimeter wave relative to low-frequency equipment,it summarizes and analyzes the performance influencing factors and technical bottlenecks of millimeter wave system RF algorithm technology,and puts forward suggestions for the development direction of millimeter wave RF algorithm technology.
