综采放顶煤工作面封闭注氮防火技术探索

摘    要:综采放顶煤采煤法因其高产高效、资源回收速度快,适应集约化矿井的建设而备受大型、特大型矿井青睐。在易自燃煤层生产实践中,工作面安全回采工作严重受到燃发火威胁,尤其在工作面停止推进时更为突出。通过分析停产时综放面采空区内自燃发火特性,试验性采取惰性气体注氮为主的防火技术措施,使得大兴煤矿综放面实现安全生产。

Abstract:The mechanized caving mining method because of its high efficiency,resource recovery fast,to adapt the construction of the mine has attracted intensive large-scale,large mine ages.Coal production in the natural and easy in practice,face serionus security work by mining threat of spontaneous combustion,especially in the face more prominent when to stop advancing.By analyzing the fully mechanized cut-off empty when the spontaneous combustion characteristics of the region,the pilot closed interval to the inert gas nitrogen injection-based fire protection technical measures to make the Daxing coal mine working face to achieve safe production.
