论我国煤炭城市静态交通的问题及智能化管理策略

静态交通与动态交通共同组成了完整的城市交通系统。随着机动车拥有量的快速增长,停车难的静态交通问题日益凸显。当务之急必须有效解决持续增长的交通需求与有限的交通设施供给能力之间的矛盾,以保证城市的可持续发展。分析了我国城市静态交通的现状及问题,从战略政策、加强设施装备、发展公共交通、加强公民意识等各方面进行统筹规划,建成集高新技术应用为一体的智能化静态交通系统。

Discussing of Our Country Coal City Static Transportation and Strategy Intelligent Management

Static traffic and dynamic traffic together constitute a complete urban transport systems.With the rapid growth of vehicle ownership,parking is difficult in a static traffic has become increasingly prominent.Imperative that we must effectively address the growing traffic demand and the limited transport capacity of the contradiction between supply,to ensure the sustainable development of cities.This paper analyzes the current situation of urban transport and static problems.From a strategic policy to improve the facilities and equipment,development of public transport,enhance citizen awareness of various aspects such as overall planning,build a set of high-tech applications as one of the intelligent transport system static.
