| 摘 要： | 提出了一种具有3次谐波抑制功能的WILKINSON功分器。利用准T行微带线环构成一个工作在3次谐波处的带阻滤波器,从而达到抑制3次谐波的功能。该功分器对3次谐波具有40dB的抑制,当工作中心频率为1.7GHz时,插损小于3.5dB,回损小于30dB,输出端口隔离度大于35dB。

| Abstract: | A novel Wilkinson 3-dB power divider with the third harmonic suppression is proposed.The equivalent T-shaped microstrip lines are designed to form a bandstop filter at the third harmonic frequency to suppress the third harmonic signal.A 40-dB third harmonic suppression is achieved.It is able to achieve less than 3.5dB insertion loss,less than 30dB of the return loss,and better than 35dB of isolation at 1.7GHz. |
