| 摘 要： | 本课题主要针对螺钉槽铣削工艺进行研究,在加工设备、刀具不变的前提下,设计一种新型工艺装备,使得螺钉在加工过程中装夹方便定位可靠、加工时的辅助时间与刀具的切削时间重合,以达到提高质量和生产率的目的。

| Abstract: | This study mainly researched end-milling technology for screw slotting cutter.Without the processing equipment and the tool changing,the author designed a new type of processing equipment,make the process of clamping screws convenient,reliable positioning.The auxiliary processing time coincidence with the cutting time of tools,in order to enhance project quality and productivity. |
