摘    要:目的研究UAF(升流式厌氧生物滤床)反应器实现厌氧氨氧化反应快速去除水中总氮问题.方法试验用水为人工配制,采用城市污水处理厂厌氧消化污泥作为接种污泥,在温度为35℃、pH为7.0~8.0的条件下,通过逐渐提高NH4^+N与NO2^-N的负荷培养厌氧氨氧化细菌.结果反应器连续运行约156d后,NH4^+-N和NO2^--N的去除率分别达到50%、55%,获得的具有厌氧氨氧化活性的污泥为棕红色,并在反应器的下部形成了颗粒污泥;试验末期通过向进水中投加消氧剂抗坏血酸,NH4^+-N与NO2^--N的去除率分别提高到71%和73%.结论利用UAF反应器成功实现了厌氧氨氧化工艺的快速启动.

Abstract:Start-up of anaerobic ammonia oxidation process in UAF reactor was studied. The synthetic NH4^+- N and NO2^- - N wastewater was used as influent, inoculated with normal anaerobic digestion sludge, when operation was at temperature of 35℃ ,pH value of 7.0 - 8.0 ,the NH4^+ -N and NO2^- -N removal efficiencies after 156 days were 50% ,55% ,respectively. The sludge with high Anammox activity was brown. The granular sludge was found at the bottom of the bioreactor. Start-up of anaerobic ammonia oxidation process was successfully achieved, and the effect of DO is a key to the start-up of Anammox process.
