| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种燃油传感器试验装置。为控制燃油传感器质量问题,研究并提出了燃油传感器的试验参数要求,通过工业计算机、气动控制、标准液位传感器等组成的控制系统,完成对燃油传感器基本参数、耐久性、可靠性的试验检测。该试验装置在工程应用中运行良好,并且试验装置成本低、可靠性好,参数设置、修改方便。

| Abstract: | A test unit for fuel sensor is introduced. To control the fuel sensor quality, the requirements of fuel sensor test parameters are studied and the inspection of primary parameters, durability, reliability of fuel sensor can be accomplished through the control system comprised of industrial computer, pneumatic control and standard liquid level sensor. The test unit has low cost, well performance in practical use, high reliability. It is convenient for parameter setting and revision. |
