| Abstract: | Electron spin resonance linewidths of Cr3+ and Fe3+ in rutile were measured in samples doped with Cr and Fe. The linewidth was found to change in a predictable way with Cr and Fe concentration. The experimental results show that the technique can be used to measure, rapidly and nondestructively, small concentrations of Cr and Fe in commercial TiO2. |
