入射光斑大小对光折变晶体扇形效应的影响

摘    要:为了研究入射光斑大小对光折变晶体扇形效应的影响.对KNSBN晶体扇形效应进行了实验研究;理论分析了入射光斑大小在扇形效应机理中的作用.实验结果表明在入射位置距离晶体前端面4.5 mm、入射角度67°时,相对得到透射光强随入射光斑尺寸的增大而减弱,散射光随入射光斑尺寸的增大而增强.理论分析模拟与实验结果相一致.

Influence of Incident Spot Diameter on Fanning Effect in Photorefractive Crystal

Abstract:Influence of incident spot diameter on fanning effect is studied. Fanning effect experiment is made in KNSBN crystal and the action of incident spot diameter in fanning effect mechanism is analyzed theoretically. Transmitted intensity decrease and scattering intensity increase are found with the incident spot diameter increase for the same incident position, incident intensity and incident angle 67 °. The bigger is incident spot diameter, the greater is the two-wave coupling interaction region, and the stronger is the fanning effect.
