| 摘 要： | 以烯丙基聚醚和含氢硅油为主要原料，经烯丙基聚醚封端、硅氢加成两步主要反应，制备了几种酯基封端的聚氨酯用软泡有机硅匀泡剂。考察了各反应因素对两步反应的影响，确定了最佳合成工艺；同时对制备的匀泡剂进行了发泡实验及性能评价，结果表明，3种复合产品匀泡性能接近进口产品L580。

| Abstract: | A number of ester end-capped organosilicon stabilizers used in soft polyurethane foam were prepared in two stages of polyether end capping and hydrosilylation reactions with allyl polyether and containing hydrogen silicone oil as the main materials.The effect of each reaction factor on the reactions in the two stages was studied,and the optimum synthesis conditions were identified.Foaming test and performance evaluation were carried out for the foam stabilizers prepared,and it has been found that three composite products are similar to the imported product,i.e.L580,in foaming property. |
