胜利油田堵水调剖技术的应用及发展方向探讨

摘    要:从堵调方式、堵剂类型、堵剂用量及堵调时机等方面总结了胜利油田堵水调剖技术的应用现状与取得的技术进步,形成了具有胜利油田特色的堵水调剖综合配套技术。针对胜利油田堵水调剖技术存在的主要问题:地层适应性不明确、剂量的设计方法不明确、注入速度缺乏优化和剂浓度或粒径设计不合理,提出了堵水调剖工艺技术要求、研究重点及下步研究发展方向,为今后堵水调剖工艺的实施提供技术指导,以便深入地研究堵调工艺适应性。

Abstract:By analyzing profile control style,plugging agent types and implementation opportunity of water control technology in Shengli Oilfield,a set of tailormade water control methods with Shengli characteristics have been formed for those injectors and producers with water channeling problems.Aiming at resolving some remaining problems of uncertainty of reservoir property,uncompatible chemical dose,irrational chemical concentration and unreasonable injection rate,this article give some new technique requirements and future research keypoints,and it will be benefit for subsequent water control jobs in Shengli Oilfield.
