摘    要:以上汽通用五菱汽车B11/B12型发动机缸体为研究对象,分析了缸体数控加工过程中影响垂直度误差的主要因素。通过试验研究,分析了由刀具磨损引起的铣削变形对缸体垂直度的影响规律;通过缸体粗加工与半精加工过程的工序规划调整试验,揭示了前道粗加工工序对后道半精加工工序的变形累积效应。提出了利用工序分离实现铣削应变释放以控制垂直度误差的新方法,在降低缸体垂直度误差的同时,提高了刀具的使用寿命。

Abstract:The SGMW automobile B11/B12-type engine block is studied.The main factors of the perpendicularity error during NC machining are analyzed.The influence of the milling deformation on the Perpendicularity error of engine block is analyzed through experimental research.The experiment of process adjustments during rough milling and semi milling reveals the deformation cumulative effect of rough milling process on semi milling process.The new method of process separation is proposed to control the perpendicularity error by milling strain release.This method not only decreases perpendicularity error of engine block,but also improves the using life of cutting tools.
