壬基萘酚聚氧乙烯醚的合成及其性质研究

摘    要:研究了壬基萘酚聚氧乙烯醚的合成方法,并对壬基萘酚聚氧乙烯醚的溶液性质进行了测定。在壬基萘酚的合成中,重点考察了三种分子筛催化剂对2-萘酚与三聚丙烯烷基化反应的催化效果,结果表明,β沸石的催化效果较好。壬基萘酚聚氧乙烯醚溶液临界胶束浓度(CMC)为4.01×10-3 mol/L,颜料P.R.146和P.Y.65,对应大于178μm的颜料粒径分布分别占18.6%和4.7%,均好于壬基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚NP21和NP30溶液的分散效果。

Abstract:The synthesis method for nonylnaphthol polyoxyethylene has been studied,and the properties of nonylnaphthol polyoxyethylene solution are determined.In the synthesis of alpha-naphthol,the catalytic effects of three kinds of molecular sieves are studied,and the results show that the catalytic effect of beta zeolite is the best.The experimental results show that the critical micelle concentration(CMC) of nonylnaphthol polyoxyethylene solution is 4.01×10-3 mol/L;the cloud point of 1% nonylnaphthol polyoxyethylene solution is 86 ℃;nonylnaphthol polyoxyethylene solution has better dispersibility to pigments P.R.146 and P.Y.65;and the optimal particle sizes distribution of the pigments are concentrated around 178 μm.
