基于ANSYS的铸钢车轮铸造过程的温度场分析

摘    要:为观察铸钢车轮凝固时内部的温度分布情况,利用ANSYS软件对铸钢车轮铸造过程进行了瞬态热分析模拟,得到了冷却时铸钢车轮的温度及温度梯度的分布,模拟结果较真实地反映了铸钢车轮的温度变化过程,从而可以预测缩孔、缩松、热裂等缺陷出现的位置及可能性,为优化铸造工艺方案提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Using the finite element analysis method combined with the material thermal physical parameters and the change of the temperature,it introduces the temperature field simulation of the cast steel wheel in foundry process,obtaines the cast steel wheel in relation to the distribution of temperature over time, and casting system temperature gradient distribution.The simulation results show the cast steel wheel on the struggle of the casting system changes of temperature process,predicts the shrinkage and hot crack defects for optimization of the casting process.
