摘    要:应变是材料与结构的重要物理特性,最能反映结构局部特性,是材料和工程结构健康监测最为重要的参数。对材料应变测量,可以预知局部荷载的状态。光纤传感器具有灵敏度高、响应速度快、电磁兼容性强、无零漂、可靠性高、使用寿命长等特点。光纤光栅应变传感器是一种极具发展潜力和应用价值的应变传感器。研究了光纤光栅应变传感器的传感原理、应变传递规律及其在模型试验相似材料应变测量中的应用,测量得到的应变历程与实际物理过程相一致。

Abstract:Strain is the key parameter to reflect immediately the relations between deformation and load for material and structure.The local load state can be predicted by measuring strain in similar material.Fiber sensors possess merits as high sensitivity and reliability,fast response speed,anti-electromagnetic interference,lowest null drift,and long service life.Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG) strain sensor has a great development potential and is also a valuable strain sensor.The strain sensing principle and strain transferring rule of FBG sensors were studied.The strain measurement system upon FBG sensors was established for material strain measurement of model test.The historical deformation progress of material in model test with external load during chamber excavating was gained and it was in accord with the real physical process.
