塔河油田油溶性降黏剂的制备

摘    要:以丙烯酸高碳醇酯苯乙烯共聚物、丙酮、无规聚醚、乙二醇、有机溶剂为原料,制备了适用于塔河油田的降黏剂,确定了降黏剂最佳配方:m(丙烯酸高碳醇酯苯乙烯共聚物)∶m(丙酮)∶m(无规聚醚)∶m(乙二醇)∶m(有机溶剂)=17∶7∶15∶8∶53,并评价了其降黏效果。现场应用结果表明,塔河油田使用降黏剂开采稠油,平均产油量35.1 t/d,平均节约稀油量21.5 t/d。

Abstract:A number of viscosity reducers applicable to Tahe Oilfield was prepared with long chain alkyl acrylate -styrene copolymer, acetone, random polyether, glycol and an organic solvent as the materials, and the optimum formulation of the viscosity reducer was identified : m ( long chain alkyl acrylate - styrene copolymer) : m (acetone) : m (random polyether) : m (glycol) : m (organic solvent) = 17 : 7 : 15 : 8 : 53. The viscosity reduction effect of these viscosity reducers was evaluated, and it was found that the viscosity reducer to which random polyether is added (PT -03 ) has the largest viscosity reduction rate with good viscosity reduction effect and wide applicability and can be used in the oil wells in different blocks. The application of the viscosity reducers at oilfield has shown that the average production rate is 35.1 t/d with the average thin crude oil reduction rate of 21.5 t/d after viscosity reducer is used for the production of viscous crude oil.
