汽车座椅强度试验台加载机构设计

摘    要:在试验标准基础上,提出了一种汽车座椅强度性能试验台,对试验台加载机构进行了详细设计。运用杆系机构和液压控制系统设计了座椅靠背及调节装置强度试验的静力加载机构和头枕静态性能试验的静力加载机构,采用电机控制的摆锤机构设计了靠背及头枕吸能性试验冲击载荷加载机构。所设计的加载机构能够准确模拟汽车座椅靠背及调节装置强度试验、汽车座椅头枕静态性能试验和汽车座椅靠背及头枕吸能性试验各种加载工况,其结构简单,易于控制,具有较强的工程应用价值。

Abstract:Based on the test standard,a strength test bed of automobile seat was proposed,and the loading mechanism was designed in detail.With linkage mechanism and hydraulic control system,the static loading device for strength test of seat backrest and headrest was developed.Then the impact loading mechanism for energy absorption test of seat backrest and headrest was adopted the pendulum device which was derived by motor.The result showed that the designed loading systems can simulate the working situation of strength test of seat backrest and headrest,static performance test of both seat headrest and energy absorption test of seat backrest and headrest accurately,and it has simple structure,good control performance and strong engineering application value.
