高速精密动力卡盘的失效形式分析研究

摘    要:对高速精密动力卡盘的失效形式进行了分析研究,提出了避免在预定寿命期内失效的要求,建立了失效鱼骨图.分析动力卡盘的材料选择和热处理技术、摩擦磨损和精度对动力卡盘失效的影响,对卡盘的优化设计和应用以及夹紧力计算具有指导意义.

Abstract:It analyzes the failure mode of power-operated high speed precision chuck,proposes the requirements of failure in the lifespan,builds the fishbone diagram.It gives the detail about the impact of the material selection of chuck and heat treatment technology,the precision impact analysis on wear and tear.The results provide reliable technical supports for the optimization of the design and application of power-operated high speed precision chuck.
