| 摘 要： | 简要阐述了SPC统计分析方法及其控制图的概念,针对小批量生产的相关特征设计了一个SPC管理系统。系统主要依照控制图的思想,对中小制造企业的质量管理进行合理的控制。系统包含SPC分析模块、质量诊断模块和工序能力计算模块,通过多模块组合完成对中小批量制造的动态监控与管理。通过对该系统的分析与设计,促进了质量管理在质量检测中的应用,保证了企业对质量的控制。

| Abstract: | It introduces the brief concept of SPC control charts and statistical analysis,designs a SPC management system for medium and small manufacturing.The system fits with the idea of the system control,provides a reasonable control for the quality management in the medium and small manufacturing enterprises.The system consists of SPC analysis module,quality diagnostic module,process capability calculation module,and complets the dynamic quality monitoring and management with a multi-module combination.This system promots the quality management in the detection quality. |
