机床床身性能分析及方案优选

摘    要:运用现代设计方法,采用Siemens NX软件的高级仿真功能,对3台筋板布置结构不同的机床床身进行了动静态性能分析。通过对3台机床床身的薄弱环节和动态性能的对比,得出了性能最优的筋板布置方案。借鉴另外2种床身的优点,进一步提出了圆筒形筋板结构布置方式的床身结构改进建议。

Abstract:Using the modern design methods and the advanced simulation of siemens NX software,it analyzes the static and dynamic performance of three machine beds which the arrangement of ribs are different.Comparing both of the weak point and the dynamic performance of the three machine beds,it obtains the best arrangement project of ribs.Based on the advantages of other two beds,it puts forward the suggestions for the machine bed structure arranged by cylindrical rib.
