摘    要:简单介绍了如何利用传统单缸柴油机曲轴工艺资源,解决多缸曲轴研发和生产中的3个曲柄连杆颈、油道孔、端面6个螺孔底孔以及渐开线花键的加工难题,为机械加工行业探索出一条拓展业务的新途径。

Abstract:Using traditional single cylinder diesel engine crankshaft technology resources,it realizes the cylinder crankshaft research and development,solves the processing difficulties such as 3 crank connecting necks,oil way hole,six screw holes at end face and involute spline.This provides a new way to the business expansion of mechanical processing industry.
