咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂的合成及复配性能研究

摘    要:介绍了以月桂酸、二乙烯三胺、氯化苄为原料,合成咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂JAY的方法,采用正交试验法考察了咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂JAY与硫脲、OP-10、乌洛托品及碘化钾的质量比分别在盐酸和土酸介质中对N80挂片腐蚀速率的影响。结果表明,盐酸介质中,当硫脲与JAY质量比0.025,OP-10与JAY质量比0.025,乌洛托品与JAY质量比0.015,碘化钾与JAY质量比0.030时,复配缓蚀剂缓蚀效果最好;土酸介质中,当硫脲与JAY质量比0.015,OP-10与JAY质量比0.015,乌洛托品与JAY质量比0.025,碘化钾与JAY质量比0.020时,复配缓蚀剂缓蚀效果最好。

Abstract:The method to synthesize imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt as corrosion inhibitor JAY by reaction of lauric acid,diethylene triamine,and benzyl chloride was introduced.Meanwhile,the effects of mass ratio of JAY to thiourea,OP-10,methenamine,and potassium iodide on corrosion rate of N80 in hydrochloric acid and mud acid were examined by orthogonal test.The experimental results showed the compounding corrosion inhibitors had the best performance in the hydrochloric acid when the mass ratios of thiourea to JAY,OP-10 to JAY,methenamine to JAY and potassium iodide to JAY were 0.025,0.025,0.015,and 0.030 respectively.The compounding corrosion inhibitor had also the best performance when the mass ratios of thiourea to JAY,OP-10 to JAY,methenamine to JAY,potassium iodide to JAY were 0.015,0.015,0.025,and 0.020 respectively in the mud acid.
