摘    要:实验以苯和邻氨基苯甲酸为原料,经C-酰基化得2-氨基二苯甲酮,再溴化合成目标产物2-氨基-3,5-二溴二苯甲酮。研究了工艺条件对反应的影响。2-氨基二苯甲酮的适宜工艺条件为:反应温度80℃,反应时间9~10h,n(苯)∶n(邻氨基苯甲酸)=8∶1,收率可达63.1%,纯度为98.9%。2-氨基-3,5-二溴二苯甲酮的适宜工艺条件为:反应温度38~42℃,反应时间2~2.5h,n(2-氨基二苯甲酮)∶n(溴素)=1∶2.5,收率可达86.0%,纯度为95.5%,熔点为97.1~97.8℃。

Abstract:2-Amino-3,5-dibromobenzophenone was prepared via C-acylation and bromination using benzene and 2-aminobenzoic acid as raw materials.The effect of reaction conditions on reaction was studied.It has been shown that under the following optimum conditions: reaction temperature 80 ℃,reaction time 9-10 h and the molar ratio of benzene to 2-amino-benzoic acid of 8∶1,the yield of 2-aminobenzophenone can be up to 63.1% with the purity of 98.9%.The yield of 2-amino-3,5-dibromobenzophenone can be up to 86.0% the purity of 95.5% under the following conditions: reaction temperature 38-42 ℃,reaction time 2-2.5 h and the molar ratio of intermediate to bromize of 1∶2.5.The structure of the product is characterized by 1H NMR with the melting point of 97.1-97.8 ℃.
