基于RecurDyn的凸轮剪线机构仿真与分析

摘    要:高速平缝机凸轮剪线机构工作可靠、输入简单,并具有形状保护作用,避免了剪线机构与其它四大机构发生干涉。但由于机构中辊子与凸轮廓线之间高副接触的存在,该机构存在振动及噪声大的缺点。文章在RecurDyn软件中对凸轮剪线机构进行了接触运动建模及仿真分析,找出了产生较大振动及噪声的凸轮廓线位置及引起辊子磨损的原因,为凸轮廓线的改进设计提供了依据。

Abstract:Cam thread-cutting mechanism works reliably in high-speed sewing machine.It also has merits of simple actuation and shape protection effect.Thus it can avoid the interference between thread-cutting mechanism and the other four mechanisms in a sewing machine.However,there exists higher pair contact between the roller and the cam profile,and this introduces a drawback of great vibration and noise.In this article a Multi-body System simulation program called RecurDyn is used to build the contact motions.The simulation results of the cam thread-cutting mechanism are analyzed.It is observed that greater vibration and noise are caused by certain convex contour positions and these are also the reasons for roller wearing.The investigation provides the basis for improving cam profile design.
