PLC驱动电磁阀方案的确定

摘    要:分析了PLC输出和电磁阀的工作原理及特点,根据PLC的输出参数与电磁阀的输入要求,提出PLC驱动电磁阀的2种方案和4种提高电路安全性及稳定性的措施。通过贴片机PLC驱动电磁阀工程实例,论述在具体应用中如何综合选择控制方案。

Abstract:It introduces the operating principle,characters of PLC output and electromagnetic valve.Based on the output parameter of PLC and the input parameter of electromagnetic valve,it designs two kinds of solution for electromagnetic valve control and four ways to improve safety and stability of the control system.Taking a practical case of surface mounting machine control system,it shows detail about the process of selecting control scheme of electromagnetic valve control based on PLC.
