辛醇废碱液除油工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了聚结除油工艺机理及研究进展,通过酸化破乳试验及聚结填料的优选试验,确定了聚结除油的最佳条件,即以聚丙烯球为填料,pH为3~5,聚结反应器进料线速度为2 m/h。在此基础上,考察了辛醇废碱液的聚结除油效果,结果表明,辛醇废碱液中C8+有机相的去除率≥80%,COD去除率约50%,说明该工艺适用于辛醇废碱液中C8+有机相的去除。

Abstract:The mechanism and the research progress of a deoiling technique by coalescence are introduced in this paper. The optimal conditions as were identified by conducting acidification and demulsification test and the test for selecting preferred coalescent pack are that polypropylene balls are used as the pack, pH value is 3 to 5, and the linear velocity of feed into coalescence reactor is 2 m/s. The effect of deoiling octanol containing waste alkali liquor by coalescence was studied. According to the results, the percent of C8+ Organic phases removed from the octanol containing waste alkali liquor is 80% or more, and COD removal rate is 50% or so, showing this technique is suitable for removing C8+ organic phases from octanol containing waste alkali liquor.
