| 摘 要： | 在剖析现有压铸机液压-肘杆式合模机构特点的基础上,提出了采用液压-螺旋机构实现压铸机的合模、锁模和开模。同时,还设计了双液压马达驱动系统,实现快速合模、开模以及低速大扭矩锁模。为了解决中板移动时运动过约束问题,在螺杆与中板之间设置局部移动自由度。这3个创新点简化了压铸机的整体结构,避免了以往因锁模力控制不当引起的种种失效。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of the hydraulic-toggle mold clamping mechanism,it presents the role of hydraulic-helical mechanism in the mold closing,locking and opening.In order to close and open the mold rapidly,and lock the mold with low speed and high torque,it designs dual hydraulic motor drive system,sets local mobile freedom in the moving plate,and solves the problem existing in moving plate over constraint.These three innovations simplify the integral structure of die casting machine,improve efficiency and avoid all kinds of failure caused with incorrect control of mold clamping force. |
