摘    要:以2,4-二叔丁基苯酚和三聚乙醛为原料合成了新型抗氧剂2,2′-亚乙基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯酚);考察了反应条件对合成反应的影响;确定了较佳的工艺条件为:n(2,4-二叔丁基苯酚):n(三聚乙醛):n(十二烷基苯磺酸)=1:0.25:0.033 6,反应温度90℃,反应时间16h。在较佳工艺条件下产品收率为88.7%,纯度为99.8%。通过熔点测定、红外分析和核磁共振分析等确认目标产物为2,2′-亚乙基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯酚)。

Abstract:A new antioxidant, i.e. 2,2' - ethylidenebis (4,6 - di - tertiary - butylphenol), is synthe- sized with 2,4 - di - tert - butylphenol and paraldehyde as the materials, and the effect of reaction conditions on the synthesis reaction was studied. According to the results, the optimum process conditions are: n (2,4 - di - tert - butylphenol) : n(paraldehyde) : n( dodecylbenzene sulfonie acid) = 1 : 0.25 : 0. 0336, the re- action temperature is 90 ~C, and the reaction time is 16 h. The product yield is 88.7% with the product puri- ty being 99.8% at the optimum conditions. It is confirmed by the techniques of melting point measurement, infrared analysis and nuclear magnetic resonance analysis that the target product is 2,2' -ethylidenebis (4,6 - di - tertiary - butylphenol).
