脉冲爆震发动机供油系统试验分析

摘    要:设计了脉冲爆震发动机电磁阀式供油系统,采用氮气挤压供油方法,研究了燃油压力及其响应时间随氮气压力与电磁阀输入电流的变化规律,同时对低频与中高频脉冲爆震试验中油压响应时间与频率进行对比分析。研究发现,提高蓄能器中氮气压力可显著加快油压响应;电磁阀输入电流越大,燃油压力响应越快;工作频率越高,燃油达到预定压力所需时间越长。研究结果对脉冲爆震发动机供油系统的设计与优化具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Fuel injection system with solenoid valve for Pulse Detonation Engine(PDE) was designed and N2 extrusion method for fuel supply in accumulator was adopted.The regulation of fuel pressure and response time with the variation of N2 pressure and solenoid valve input current was investigated.Additionally,pressure response and frequency were compared under different PDE frequencies.The results show that increasing N2 pressure in accumulator can accelerate pressure response significantly and higher input current leads to quicker fuel pressure response.With the operating frequency increasing,the time to reach the expected fuel pressure gets longer.These conclusions could be used to provide reliable guidance for the further design and optimization of the fuel injection system for PDE.
