聚环氧琥珀酸的合成及其阻垢性能

研究了环氧琥珀酸的聚合条件对其黏度和阻垢率的影响。优化的聚合条件为:用NaOH调节pH=11,加入1.85g Ca(OH)2,在95℃反应2h;聚环氧琥珀酸黏度为60mPa.s时,阻垢率最高。随着聚环氧琥珀酸加入量的增加,其阻垢性能随之提高;在高加入量(20mg/L)下,聚环氧琥珀酸的阻垢性能接近其它羧酸类和含磷阻垢剂;用聚环氧琥珀酸逐渐替代羟基乙叉二膦酸,其阻垢率降低,但用聚环氧琥珀酸替代50%的氨基三甲叉膦酸和2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸,其阻垢性能基本不变。

SYNTHESIS AND SCALE INHIBTING PROPERTY OF POLYEPOXYSUCCINIC ACID

Polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA) is a new green chemical product,which can be used as a scale inhibiting agent.PESA has been synthesized and the scale inhibiting property has been studied.For the polymerization of epoxysuccinic acid,the optimal conditions were found as follows: the molar ratio of Ca(OH)2 to maleic anhydride 5%,pH=11,polymerization temperature 95 ℃ and polymerization time 2 h.The scale inhibiting experiments showed that the higher the viscosity of the polymer,the higher the scale inhibiting ability;At the loadings of above 20 mg/L,the scale inhibiting ability of the polyepoxysuccinic acid reached those of polyacids and phosphine-containing scale inhibitors;Up to 50% of ATMP and PBTCA could be substituted with PESA,however,replacing HEDP with PESA decreased the scale inhibiting rate.
