塑料齿轮设计中的齿根干涉检查及消除

摘    要:针对塑料齿轮齿根干涉问题,依据所开发的塑料齿轮设计与制造软件平台建立了塑料齿轮模型。基于塑料齿轮啮合模拟,检查了齿轮副的顶根接触情况并且确认是否发生齿根干涉。基于等移距变位齿形的设计,消除了塑料齿轮的齿根干涉。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the dedendum interference of plastic gear,it establishes the model of plastic gear under the design and manufacture software platform of the plastic gear.Based on the engagement simulation of plastic gear train,this model checks the lame of gear train and confirms whether the dedendum interference has occurred,eliminates the dedendum interference of plastic gear according to the design of equidistance shift-dedendum.
