海上注聚井高效解堵体系性能研究与应用

摘    要:对解堵体系JD性能进行了评价,结果表明,JD解堵体系对聚合物溶液的降解率大于98.5%,且温度升高,降解时间缩短;现场垢样总溶蚀率大于79%;注聚岩心流动试验解堵率为157%;JD体系对金属腐蚀速率很低,适合现场应用。JD解堵体系在SZ36—1-J03注聚井现场酸化解堵应用结果表明,目标层注入量大幅提高,达到了注聚井解堵的目的。

Abstract:The plug remover JD was evaluated.The result showed that the plug remover JD had the degradation rate of over 98.5% for polymer solution.The degradation time shortened with the rise of temperature.On-site corrosion rate for scale was greater than 79%,blocking rate for polymer-injection core in flow test was 157%.The plug remover had very low corrosion rate for metal,and therefore was suitable for field application.The application of plug remover JD in SZ36-1-J03 polymer-injection well showed that the amount injected into the target formation was substantially increased and the plug remover could get good result.
