摘    要:提出了一种合成油酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱的新方法,对相关反应条件进行了优化。最优合成条件是:以油酸和N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺为原料在155℃反应6h制得N,N-二甲基-N′-油酸酰基丙胺,再与氯乙酸钠在醇-水溶液(体积比15%)中于60℃反应6h,得到油酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱。该表面活性剂在酸液中随着酸液浓度的降低而使体系黏度增加,且体系黏度受表面活性剂浓度及温度的影响。当温度为45℃,酸液浓度为5%时,体系黏度达到最大值。

Abstract:An improved method for the preparation of oleicyl dimethyl amidopropyl betaine(ODAB) was reported.The reaction conditions for the preparation of oleicyl dimethyl amidopropyl betaine were optimized.N,N-dimethyl-N′-erucyl-1,3-propylenediamine was synthesized by the reaction of oleic acid with N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propylenediamine at 155 ℃ for 6 h.The intermediate was reacted with sodium monochloroacte in a polar organic solvent(methanol/water 15%)at 60 ℃.Then the product was obtained after 6 h.The properties of ODAB acid solution were investigated and the results indicated that the viscosity of the acid solution increased with decreasing hydrochloric acid concentration and was mainly controlled by surfactant concentrations and temperature.There was a maximum viscosity of the acid solution when the concentration of hydrochloric acid was at 5% at 45 ℃.
