TS-1整体催化剂的制备及其对苯羟基化的催化性能

摘    要:实验将堇青石载体浸渍于TS-1分子筛母液中,以原位水热法合成了TS-1/堇青石整体催化剂,对其结构进行了表征,并将其用于苯羟基化合成苯酚的反应中。结果表明:在n(TEOS)∶n(TBOT)∶n(TPAOH)∶n(H2O)=1∶0.025∶0.25∶50、除醇温度80℃、晶化温度170℃、晶化时间110h、焙烧温度550℃、焙烧时间6h条件下,可得到催化性能较好的催化剂。在甲醇-水两元混合体系中,在n(水)∶n(甲醇)=0.78、反应时间10h、n(过氧化氢)∶n(苯)=4.76∶1、反应温度为60℃条件下,苯酚收率可达8.43%。

Abstract:TS-1/cordierite monolithic catalysts were synthesized with an in-situ hydrothermal method by dipping the cordierite carrier in TS-1 mother solution.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,FT-IR and SEM,and were used in the hydroxylation of benzene to phenol.The results showed that good catalytic properties can be acquired under the conditions of n(TEOS)∶n(TBOT)∶n(TPAOH)∶n(H2O)=1∶0.025∶0.25∶50,removal of alcohol at 80 ℃,crystallization temperature of 170 ℃,crystallization time of 5 d,calcination temperature of 550 ℃,and calcination time of 6 h.In methanol-water double solvents,at the conditions of n(water)∶n(methanol)=0.78,reaction time10 h,n(H2O2)∶n(benzene)=4.76,reaction temperature 60 ℃,the yield of phenol reached 8.43%.
