可编程控制器在伺服控制系统中的应用

摘    要:为了实现工艺要求上对柱塞套与柱塞芯配合间隙的精密检测,设计了ZSS-109柱塞偶件间隙测量机床。该机床采用可编程控制器,在伺服控制系统中能有效精确地进行多点定位,同时利用气体流量表进行流量检测,创新性地通过流量检测达到间隙检测的目的。

Abstract:In order to measure precisely the gap between plunger and barrel in process,it designs ZSS-109 machine.It integrates PLC in the servo control system of machine to locate multi-points precisely and effectively,and applies a flow meter instead of traditional measuring method to detect the flow rate simultaneously.The application of gap measurement between plunger and barrel shows that the innovation is achieve.
