| 摘 要： | 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了二氧化硅负载硅钨酸催化剂( H4SiW12O40/SiO2),并以其为催化剂,以乙酰乙酸乙酯和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成苹果酯-B.通过正交试验确定了最佳反应条件.结果表明,H4SiW12O40/SiO2是合成苹果酯-B的良好催化剂.在n(乙酰乙酸乙酯)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.4,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.0％,带水剂环己烷为10 mL,反应时间75min的最佳条件下,苹果酯-B的收率可达81.88％.

| Abstract: | A new environmental friendly catalyst H4SiW12O40/SiO2 was prepared by the method of sol-gel method.Apple ester-B was synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate and 1,2-propanediol in the presence of H4SiW12O40/SiO2.The optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows: molar ratio of ethyl acetoacetate to 1,2-propanediol 1:1.4,the dosage of the catalyst based on the total mass of reactants 1.0%,the volume of cyclohexane as water-carrying agent 10 mL,and the reaction time 75 minutes.The yield of apple ester-B could reach 81.88% under the above conditions.H4SiW12O40/SiO2 is good catalyst for synthesizing apple ester-B. |
