摘    要:刘家峡水电站的泥沙问题,主要是由洮河泥沙引起的,严重威胁着电站的安全运行,虽然采取异重流排沙,低水位拉沙等措施,对延缓坝前泥沙淤积起到了重要作用,但仍挡不住洮河泥沙向坝前的推进,解决洮河泥沙的根本办法是在洮河流域进行水土保持,当务之急应修建洮河口排沙洞将大部分泥沙直接排向下游。

Sedimentation Situation in Front of Liujiaxia Hydropower Station Dam and Tao River Reservoir Area and the Necessary Corresponding Treatments
Abstract:The issue of sedimentation in Liujiaxia hydropower station is mainly come from the Tao River that shows serious threat against safety operation of the station. Although measures such as sediment delivery through density flow, sediment delivery under low water level and so on have been adopted and that have made positive effect in decrease sedimentation in front of the dam, it can not stop at all the sedimentation step by step to the dam. The essential solution for the sedimentation is to implement soil and water conservation in the Tao River basin. At present, the most urgent task is to construct sediment delivery tunnel at the Tao River mouth to directly deliver the sediment from the river to lower reach.
