摘    要:与传统EDTA清洗工艺相比,EDTA低温复合清洗新工艺使用了清洗助剂CA-1,实现了炉前、省煤器和炉本体系统的联合清洗,能节省大量燃油和费用,缩短基建机组的清洗工期,加快其试运进程,特别适用于火电厂基建机组的化学清洗。该工艺应用于山西华能榆社电厂和甘肃大唐连城发电公司,使机组的整套试运时间大大缩短,节约了燃油和除盐水。

Abstract:Compared with conventional EDTA cleaning technique, the new EDTA low-temperature compound technique utilizes cleaning assistant CA- l for the combined cleaning of boiler around, economizer and boiler proper. Application of this new technique can save great deal of fuel oil and expenses, shorten the cleaning period in unit construction, accelerate the trial operation process, as a result, it is especially applicable for the chemical cleaning of thermal power unit. The application experiences in Huaneng Yushe Power Plant and Datang Liancheng Power Plant showed that the fuel oil and demineralized water have been saved, in addition, the trial operation period has been reduced greatly.
