摘    要:综述了用EAF-LF-VD-WF-CC工艺流程生产低氮钢的现状及采取的主要技术措施。降氮措施有:电炉内激烈的碳沸腾、造泡沫渣、EBT出钢及采用DRI,VD炉内真空底吹氩搅拌;保护措施有:LF炉内气氛控制及连铸钢包与中间罐间的长水口加氩气环保护。

Abstract:The status of main technological measures adopted for producing low nitrogen steel by EAFLF-VD-WF-CC process has been reviewed in this paper. To produce low nitrogen steel, the measures includevigorous CO boiling, slag foaming, EBT plocess, charging DRI in EAF, and vacuum argon bottom stirring inVD unit, and to protect nitrogen pick up, the methods include atmosphere controlling in LF and shrouding bylong ceramic nozzle and Ar ring between ladle and tundish during concasting are also presented.
