摘    要:通过W9Mo3Cr4V高速钢在25kg中频感应炉内的氧化脱磷试验,研究分析了高速钢氧化脱磷渣系的效果及影响因素。结果表明,用BaO系渣在钢液低硅,低钒以及熔渣具有适合的碱度和氧活度时,脱磷率可达30%以上。

Abstract:The slag series, effect and influence factor of oxidizing dephosphorization for high speed steelW9Mo3Cr4V have been studied by testing melting in a 25kg medium frequency furnace. The tested resultsshowed that with BaO slag series low content of silicon and vanadium in molten steel, and suitable basicity ofslag and oxide activity in melted slag, the dephosphorization rate more than 30% could be gotten.
