剖分T型钢轴心压杆试验研究

摘    要:钢结构设计规范对热轧H型钢剖分T型钢轴心受压杆件腹板高厚比的限值做了修订。但其理论推导所做的假设偏于不安全,为了利于热轧H型钢剖分T型钢这种材料的推广利用,有必要做试验验证其修订的合理性。本次试验选取了3类T形截面,每类截面取5种不同的长细比,共15个轴心受压试件,并做了相应的材性试验。通过试验发现,修正后的T型钢腹板宽厚比限值对于大部分情况是安全适用的,但对于长细比较小的试件修订后的限值偏大。

Abstract:Revisions are made for the limitation of width to thickness ratio of cut T-type web subject to axial compression in the design code for steel structures,in which the assumptions for the theoretic deduction are not conservative enough.Test calibration for the rationality of revision is necessary for the propagation of the cut T-type section.A total of 15 axial compression elements are tested after the material test.These 15 elements are divided into 3 different sections with each kind of section 5 elements varying in the slenderness.Results show that the revision is rational for use except that the limitations are not safe enough for elements with smaller slenderness.
