稳定氢氧同位素鉴别非还原(NFC)橙汁真实性应用初探

摘    要:利用稳定同位素比值质谱仪(IRMS)测定橙汁水中δD和δ^18O,结果表明非还原(NFC)橙汁水中δD和δ^18O要明显高于地下水;橙汁蒸发浓缩后会富集D和^18O,但加水还原后产品水中δD和δ^18O均低于原橙汁,且产品水中δD和δ^18O与加水量呈负相关性关系,可用于鉴别还原(FC)橙汁和非还原(NFC)橙汁。

Abstract:A stable isotope ratio mass spectrometer(IRMS) was used to determine δD and δ18O in orange juice-water mixtures. The results showed that: δD and δ18O in NFC orange juices were significantly higher than those in groundwater; D and 18O were condensed in the orange juices after evaporation and concentration, but when diluted with groundwater, they were lower than those in the original orange juices, and had a negative correlation relationship with the water added. It can be used to distinguish between FC and NFC orange juices.
