摘    要:车辆段作为城市轨道交通车辆综合检修、清洗、调度的基础设施,其占地面积大、开发利用率低,给国内一、二线城市的土地资源带来了巨大压力.为了节约土地资源、提高土地利用率,车辆段上盖物业开发已成为当下国内许多大城市的热点投资方向.如何采取有效措施解决车辆出入车辆段带来的振动及二次噪声问题,成为车辆段上盖物业开发项目顺利实施的关键.本文针对车辆段综合减振降噪技术已形成的系列方案和配套技术进行研究,对推动该行业的发展具有积极作用.

Abstract:As the basic facilities for maintenance, cleaning and dispatching of urban rail transit vehicles, metro depots bring mounting pressure on land resources of the first and second tier cities because of the large floor area and low utilization rate. In order to save land resources and improve land utilization rate, the development of metro depot has become a hot investment direction in many cities. How to take effective measures to solve the problems of vibration and noise caused by vehicles entering and leaving the metro depot becomes the key to the successful implementation of the development project. Series of technical solutions and mature products of noise and vibration reduction on metro depot applied to the market are investigated with the purpose to have positive effect on promoting the development of the industry.
