稀土对高铬白口铸铁CCT曲线及组织性能的影响

摘    要:应用Gleble-1500热模拟试验机测定了15%Cr高铬白口铸铁的CCT曲线,研究了微量稀土对高铬白口铸铁CCT曲线及组织性能的影响。结果表明,稀土能增加过冷奥氏体的稳定性,使CCT曲线右移;稀土使共晶碳化物形态及分布明显改善,基体组织显著细化。添加适量的稀土,使高铬白口铸铁铸态及热处理态的冲击韧度进一步提高。

Abstract:The CCT diagrams of high chromium white cast iron containing 15%Cr were measured via Gleeble-1500,the effects of minute quantity RE elements on CCT diagram and structures and properties of high chromium white cast iron were researched.The experimental results showed that,when suitable quantity RE elements was added,the stability of supercooled austenite was increased,the CCT diagrams were shifted to right,the pattern and distribution of eutectic carbide were improved appreciably,the structure of matrix was fined remarkably,the impact toughness of high chromium white cast iron in cast state and heat treatment state were enhanced significantly.
