摘    要:针对石油化工行业中使用的离心泵常在偏离设计工况下运行的特点,论述了离心泵改造的传统方法,在此基础上,提出了利用改变叶轮外径和叶片包角的方法对叶轮进行重新设计的方案,并给出了叶轮外径的初步计算方法、模拟分析方法。

Abstract:Based on the operation characteristics of the centrifugal pumps deviated from the design in petrochemical industry,some traditional methods of the retrofit of centrifugal pumps were described,a new design plan of the impellers was proposed of modifying the external diameters of impellers and the wrap angle of the vane,and the primary calculation and simulation methods of determining new external diameters of the impellers were given.
