金属Zn粉对烧成Al2O3-C材料性能和显微结构的影响

摘    要:通过改变金属Zn的加入量,研究了Zn含量对Al2O3-C材料烧结性能、力学性能的影响,同时借助于XRD、SEM等手段对试样的物相变化和显微结构进行了观察和分析.结果表明:(1)金属Zn的加入可以显著改善Al2O3-C材料的烧结性能,当金属Zn的加入量为1.0%时,试样的体积密度和显气孔率分别达到了最大和最小值;(2)烧成铝碳材料的显微结构受金属Zn的影响较大,金属Zn的加入量为1.0%时,试样基质和骨料部分结合良好,试样致密;(3)Zn加入量大于1.0%,试样的结合状态遭到破坏,试样中出现裂纹和孔洞;材料的抗折强度和耐压强度在金属Zn加入量为1.0%时达到了最大值.

Abstract:The effect of content of Zn on sintering properties and mechanical property of Al_2O_3-C materials was investigated. The phase change, microstructure of the samples were determined and observed by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope. The results show that: 1)The content of Zn can affects the sintering properties of Al_2O_3-C materials remarkably. When the content of Zn reaches 1.0%, the bulk density and the apparent porosity reach the highest and lowest respectively. 2)The microstructure of the samples is directly related to the content of Zn. When Zn content reaches 1.0%, the samples are dense. Simultaneously, the interface between aggregate and matrix of the samples is bonded well. With the increase of Zn content, the structure of the carbon bonding is destroyed. consequently, some pore and crack appear. 3)The modulus of rupture and crushing strength of the materials both reach the highest when the content of Zn reaches 1.0%.
