摘    要:本文以基于RS422A/RS232C的串口通信板USB为背景,讨论了面向位传送和异步传送协议的硬件设计以及支持存储转发的高层软件设计。该通信板能成功地完成系统启动,诊断、消息转发及异常处理等多种功能,是分布式多处理机系统中的一块智能部件。

Abstract:In distributed Computers the USB is an intelligent communication board based on RS422A/232C, which can be used for system booting, diagnosis and exceptional handling. Based on the USB, thispaper gives some ideas of hardware and software design. It can be seen that USB hardware supportsbit-oriented and asynchronous transfer protocol while its software applies store and forward method.
