针对化工物流的特点,阐述了从物流费用分析、物流优化与物流评价指标三方面降低物流成本的理念。给出了物流费用追溯与分摊的规则。指出了选择化工原料互供计划作为化工物流计划优化的必要性和可行性,给出了提高物流计划执行率的考核方法。依托实际业务场景,建立了物流评价指标体系。

The study on chemical products logistics costs analysis and optimization

According to the characteristics of the chemical logistics,this paper provides the design which is to reduce logistics costs from the logistics cost analysis,optimization on plan level and performance evaluation.It also gives the rules of logistics costs traceability and sharing.It points out the necessity and feasibility to choose chemical internal supply plan to optimization and gives the assessment methods to improve the rate of implementation of the plan.Based on actual business scenarios,this paper establishes index system for logistics performance evaluation.
