丁烯氧化脱氢R系列铁系催化剂的研究

摘    要:报道了丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二烯R系列铁系催化剂中的R-120催化剂500h稳定性试验结果,丁二烯收率72%~80%,丁二烯选择性95.0%~95.5%。通过R-116催化剂高温缺氧试验,并根据试验结果,讨论了氧烯比与反应耗氧量之间的关系。还介绍了R-120催化剂在工业上的放大情况。

Abstract:A new type of non chrome catalyst R 120 for the oxidative dehydrogenation of n butenes to butadiene was studied and 500 hours stable test was performed in a φ 20mm quartz baffle fluidized bed reactor.As compared with the results of H 198,W 201 and R 109 performances in a φ 20mm quartz baffle fluidized bed reactor,R 120 exhibited the best results of butene conversion and selectivity to butadiene.According to the results,the relationship between the ratio of oxygen to butene and the amount of O 2 consumption was discussed in detail. The XRD patterns of fresh and used R 120 catalyst show that it has the stable bulk structure.Also the results imply that R 120 catalyst has an improved redox performance.
