摘    要:通过研究含氟聚合物三相泡沫洗涤净化过程中洗涤水温度、搅拌速度和停留时间对洗涤效果的影响,进一步探索了不同洗涤方式下的洗涤耗水量。试验结果表明,最佳的洗涤条件为:洗涤水温度70℃,搅拌线速度0.53 m/s,停留时间3 min。逐渐增加单级洗涤水用量有利于节水;四级逆流洗涤可大大提高洗涤液的利用率,与单级洗涤水用量不变的洗涤方式相比,其节水率为65.4%;与单级洗涤水用量逐渐递增的洗涤方式相比,其节水率为59%。

Abstract:The impacts of the washing water temperature, stirring speed and dwell time on the washing effect were studied by investigating flouropolymer three-phase foam washing process. Under different washing way, the water-saving effect was further explored. Test results indicated that the optimal washing conditions were: washing water temperature was 60℃, the largest mixing linear velocity was 0.53m/s and the dwell time was 3min.Increasing the consumption of single washing water gradually is conducive to water conservation. Compared with invariable single water consumption at a time, the utilization rate of washing liquid can be greatly improved by Level 4 countercurrent washing, under which the water saving rate is 65.4%. At the same time, compared with gradually increasing the single washing water consumption, the water saving rate is 59%.
